Nami Nami is a project of PocketSeed. We collect almost nothing, we use it for one thing, and we never sell it. Here is the whole picture.

What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you type into our venue registration form:

• Venue name and venue type
• Your name
• Email address, and phone number if you choose to add it
• Your expected order volume

Browsing the site itself requires no account, sets no advertising trackers, and uses no third-party analytics cookies. One preference (your language choice on the venue page) is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.

What we use it for

One thing: contacting you about stocking Nami Nami, including pricing, delivery and launch materials. We will not add you to unrelated mailing lists, and we will never sell or rent your information to anyone.

いただいた情報は、波々のお取り扱いに関するご連絡のみに使用します。第三者への販売・提供は一切行いません。

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our Google Workspace (Google Forms and Google Sheets), with access limited to the small team running Nami Nami. The website is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are talking to you about stocking the beer, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Email us and we will show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, usually within a few days. We handle personal information in line with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
